I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I’m happy to provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if your plan offers out-of-network mental health benefits.

I offer virtual sessions throughout the state of California and in-person appointments at my office in Roseville, CA.

Just like in person therapy, except we can meet via video. If you have a private place to meet and high speed internet, we can utilize a secure online video system for our sessions. EMDR can also be done virtually.

The frequency of therapy sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Many clients attend therapy once a week, while others may attend less frequently. I will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan, including determining engagement in extended sessions as it may be beneficial.

If we have discussed a check-in plan, I will be available as planned. Otherwise, I return emails, calls, and texts at my earliest convenience (usually within 48 hours except on weekends or holidays). If you are having a counseling emergency, call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.

What is revealed by you is protected by legal, ethical, and professional standards. All material is confidential and not released without your consent, except by court order or in cases considered mandated to report. This includes situations related to suspected child abuse, elder abuse, or threatened harm to self or others.

These limits to confidentiality can be clarified in more detail during a consultation call, are outlined within intake paperwork, and are also reviewed together in our initial session.
