Hello and Nice to meet you!

I am drawn to advocate for and understand people which led me to psychology. I had intended to use my degree in the corporate sector but found my love for coming alongside people drawing me to the therapeutic space. I do so without judgement and with understanding and in a way that doesn't feel stiff. Laughter is a big part of my personality and approach. Clients often tell me that I‘m not what they thought a therapist would be like and I love that! 

After having my son and struggling postpartum, one direction for my practice became clear. There is no better way to put this than to say how hard it can be to be pregnant, postpartum, and going through parenthood. There aren’t enough words because the experience can be so unique. I am here to share in your experience and support you through this time. 

When I have free time, I enjoy camping, golfing, spending time with my family, being by the ocean, listening to all types of music, and rooting for my favorite sports teams ( Go Celtics!).
