I offer a free consultation call
I am not your stereotypical quiet therapist. I’m interactive, involved, and straight forward. I do not just ask questions or mmhmmm during our time. We work as a team to identify what brings you here and how, if at all, we would like to change or expand this. My goal is to give understanding, education, and practical skills that help you process what brings you here now and how they can be applied in the future. I work with people from all walks of life and two of my niche areas of training are with First Responders and their families and Perinatal/Postpartum mental health. I am also a First Responder spouse and a mama. Our stories won’t be identical, but I hope my background can help you find comfort in knowing someone can understand!
